Cancelation Policy

Appointments must be canceled within 24-48 hours.

 

  • Lash fills, Lash Lifts, and all other services need to be canceled within 24 hours or will be charge 50% of the service price. If cancel less than 24 then full amount will be charged. ​

  •  If you miss or no show your appointment, your card will be charged the FULL amount of any service. If your card is declined and you don't pay the invoice sent via email, all future appointments will be denied.

  • After multiple late cancelations you will no longer be able to book appointment.

  • ALL APPOINTMENTS MUST HAVE A CARD ON FILE.

Late Policy

  • There is a 10-minute policy.

  • If you're more than10 minutes late, I have the right to cancel your appointment and send you a message to reschedule.

  • You will also be charged half the price of your service for the first time. A second late appointment will result in the full charge amount, After a third late appointment I will no longer accept you as a client.

  •  If you miss or no show your appointment, your card will be charged the full amount of any service.

  • ALL APPOINTMENTS MUST HAVE A CARD ON FILE.

COVID-19

  • - Masks are recommend in in the studio.
     

  • -If you or anyone you’ve came in contact with has been sick with COVID-19 or a cold within the last 7 days please reschedule. If you come into the salon knowing you've been exposed all future appointment will be canceled.

Before your appointment

  • Remove all eye and face cosmetics and skincare, including; foundation, eye makeup, mascara, sunscreen, moisturizer, eye cream, eye serum, etc. prior to arriving to every appointment.
     

  • -Do not apply heavy moisturizers, lotions or facial oils to your face 24 hours prior to your appointment.
